A Prayerful Blessing and Renewal for the Taras Shevchenko School of Ukrainian Studies of St. Vladimir Cathedral
On Saturday, January 10, 2026, the pastor of St. Vladimir Ukrainian Orthodox Cathedral, Parma, Ohio, Fr. Michael Hontaruk, prayerfully blessed all the students, together with the principal, Halyna Yarema, and the entire faculty and staff of the Taras Shevchenko School of Ukrainian Studies of St. Vladimir Cathedral with Holy Jordan Water.
Through this sacred blessing, God’s grace and light were poured upon our children, educators, and school community, strengthening them in faith, wisdom, and love. May the Lord protect them, guide them in all learning and good works, and grant them peace, health, and spiritual growth throughout the year.
У суботу, 10 січня 2026 року, настоятель Свято-Володимирського Українського Православного Кафедрального Собору у Пармі Огайо, о. Михайло Гонтарук, молитвенно благословив Йорданською водою всіх учнів, разом з директоркою Галину Ярема, а також увесь викладацький колектив і працівників Школи Українознавства ім. Тараса Шевченка при соборі св. Володимира.
Через це святе благословіння Божа благодать і світло зійшли на наших дітей, педагогів і всю шкільну спільноту, зміцнюючи їх у вірі, мудрості та любові. Нехай Господь оберігає їх, провадить у навчанні та добрих справах і дарує мир, здоров’я та духовний зріст на весь рік.
