On Sunday, January 14, 2024, a truly heartwarming tradition came to life as our parish family gathered for the annual Carol Sing-Along, immediately following the bilingual Divine Liturgy. This cherished event was made possible through the tireless dedication of Oksana Logvynyuk and Natalia Mahlay, who worked diligently to prepare our youth for this special occasion. Their commitment and passion shone brightly, and we express our deepest appreciation for their efforts.

We would also like to extend our gratitude to the parents who stood by us with unwavering support, as well as to our incredible youth whose participation added a youthful exuberance and vibrancy to the Carol Sing-Along. Their presence and voices resonated with the true spirit of unity and celebration.

Adding to the enchantment of the day, the talented teachers from the Ensemble "Namysto" of the Taras Shevchenko School of Ukrainian Studies at St. Vladimir Cathedral graced us with their beautiful carol performances. Their melodious renditions filled the air with a sense of wonder and joy, enhancing the overall beauty of the program.

As each mesmerizing performance drew to a close, our pastor of the Cathedral, Fr. Michael Hontaruk, took a moment to express his heartfelt gratitude to all those who had contributed to making this event a resounding success. 

The Carol Sing-Along on this special Sunday was an uplifting experience, leaving us with cherished memories of togetherness, faith, and joy. May the blessings of the New Born King, Jesus Christ, continue to shine upon all who were part of this wonderful celebration. We eagerly anticipate the opportunity to come together in the spirit of unity and festivity in the years to come.

У неділю, 14 січня 2024 р., відбулася справді зворушлива традиція, коли наша парафіяльна родина зібралася на щорічний спів колядок, одразу після двомовної Божественної Літургії. Ця важлива подія стала можливою завдяки невтомній відданості Оксани Логвинюк і Наталії Махлай, які старанно працювали, щоб підготувати нашу молодь до цієї особливої ​​події. Їх відданість та старання яскраво сяяли, і ми висловлюємо нашу глибоку вдячність за їхні зусилля.

Ми також хотіли б висловити нашу вдячність батькам, які непохитно підтримували нас, а також нашій неймовірній молоді, чия участь додала юнацького бадьорості та жвавості до колядування. Їхня присутність і голоси відлунювали справжній дух єдності та свята.

Чарівності цього дня додавали талановиті викладачі ансамблю «Намисто» Школи Українознавства імені Тараса Шевченка при Свято-Володимирському соборі, які прикрашали своїми гарними колядками. Їхнє мелодійне виконання наповнювало повітря відчуттям подиву та радості, підкреслюючи загальну красу програми.

Коли кожен захоплюючий виступ наближався до кінця, наш настоятель собору о. Михайло Гонтарук знайшов хвилину, щоб висловити щиру вдячність усім, хто долучився до гучного успіху цього заходу.

Коляда під час цієї особливої ​​неділі була надихаючою подією, залишивши в нас дорогі спогади про єдність, віру та радість. Нехай благословення Новонародженого Царя, Ісуса Христа, продовжують сяяти на всіх, хто був частиною цього чудового свята. Ми з нетерпінням очікуємо можливості зібратися разом у дусі єдності та свята в наступні роки.
